'Have a go' at the Melanie Made Mud’s pottery wheel workshop in the workshop zone!

You will be guided by myself and my team on one of our electric wheels to throw your own pot using stoneware clay. Whilst at Between Festival 2025 it’s the perfect opportunity to try it if you have always wanted to have a go!

You can take your pot home to paint or we also offer all potters an upgrade option to have pots glazed from a choice of 6 beautiful glazes - then fired and posted - if you choose this optional extra you can look forward to having a beautiful and functional ceramic pot you have thrown yourself arrive by post a few weeks later!

PLEASE NOTE: pots that are upgraded with the ‘glaze’ option will take 4-5 weeks to go through the process - pots have to be bone dry before they can be fired and glazed - this takes approx. 4 weeks to process and then a week to post.

The upgrade can be purchased at the festival.
